Title: Garlic Dip for Artichokes

Yield: 1 Cup

4 Garlic cloves, pressed
1tbOregano or tarragon, opt
1tbLemon juice
1cMayonnaise or olive oil

Blend garlic, oregano, and lemon juice with mayonnaise in small dish. Add salt to taste, if desired. Serve in dipping cups with steamed artichokes.
